Michael and Katrinity Caughran
Michael and Katrinity were gloriously married in 2022 and are now expecting their first baby girl.
Michael's passion for freedom and serving others has led him to pursue a career equipping others with the skills and confidence they need to thrive as families and patriots.
Michael was raised in the proud American traditions of liberty, personal responsibility and civic duty. It is a deep passion for him that he now shares with his wife, Katrinity. Together, they intend to pass on those traditions to their future children.
Outside of military service he’s founded a ghillie suit manufacturing company, managed a training academy and helped develop tactics, techniques and procedures in advanced field skills and personal protection currently in use by military, law enforcement and civilians.
Michael Caughran has served for years as a USAF SERE Instructor. He graduated selection with distinction, was blessed to be a member of the only team in SERE tech school history with zero quitters and spent much of his time in service as a trainer and developer of other SERE instructors.

Lucas and Tessa Olson
Lucas and his wife Tessa have been married for over twelve years and are raising their six children on their property in the heart of Idaho. The boys and girls fill their days with classic literature, tending to their chickens, riding bikes and learning about the outdoors through hands-on experience.
Lucas Olson is a co-founder of American Reconstruction Concepts.
He is a graduate Eagle Scout with the BSA, a credentialed NRA instructor, and an expert in edged weapons tactics as well as a experienced knife maker and outdoorsman. He has been instructing teams and teaching tactical skills for over a decade.
As a subject matter expert in wilderness fieldcraft, edged weapons combat and urban survival tactics, he has volunteered countless hours for the benefit of his community by equipping first responders and medical personnel.
Lucas has served as a volunteer EMT on a rural ambulance crew, led wildland teams into canyon fires in North Idaho and developed his skills working as private security in multiple different sectors. His international experience includes serving as a missionary in Central America.
Ralph Wilfong
Ralph has worked extensively with volunteer units, and with local, state, and federal government agencies to develop emergency management plans along with training and response programs.
These agencies include the Commonwealth of Virginia, the State of Washington, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA).
He helped coordinate the development of the United States’ international disaster response program and has responded to disasters and other emergency incidents across the United States and in several foreign countries.
Ralph has served as the Virginia State Search and Rescue Coordinator and as a Flight Paramedic with the Virginia State Police. He was a contractor with U. S. Customs and Border Protection, Air and Marine Operations, and with the United States Coast Guard where he taught air crew survival.
He currently teaches air crew survival for volunteer and private organizations. He is also a Bible teacher and writes about and teaches both practical and spiritual preparation for the uncertain times in which we live.
He recently retired as a police officer in Washington State but continues to work in emergency management, wilderness survival and community preparedness.
Ralph has been a Wilderness First Responder Instructor, a certified rescue diver, and a pilot. Memberships have included the Airborne Public Safety Association, the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, the National Association for Search and Rescue, the Civil Air Patrol and the Wilderness Medical Society. Ralph is also an amateur radio operator: K7PBA.
Mike and Lettie Marroquin
Mike and Lettie have been happily married for 23 years and have been together for the past 27 years.
Mike has served as a law enforcement officer for nearly 20 years. During his tenure as a peace officer, he has been assigned to various divisions and spent the majority of that time as an instructor in the training division. Mike has been an LE instructor since 2015 and as a frontline supervisor, Mike still continues to instruct, train & prepare others.
Mike also serves as an adjunct Instructor for Santa Ana College Criminal Justice Academies. He is the owner/operator of Threat Assessment Solutions and often instructs firearms training and other skillsets relating to personal protection. Mike truly has a passion for training and equipping others.

Our Simple Life
In alignment with their spirit of adventure and living simply, Michael and Katrinity have spent over a year in their much loved converted schoolie, “The Light and the Glory”. It has led to many adventures and unconventional solutions.
Our Family
Maintaining a blessed outlook and being a joyful family is central to our lifestyle and important to our way of life. We believe our family is foundational upon which our effectiveness and reach in life is built. We will not forget that at the end of the day our loved ones are one of the greatest reasons that we must live up to the greatest potential that we can.
Our Faith
We give our Lord and Savior, King Jesus all the glory for saving our souls and giving us life more abundantly. Without Him, our perspective grows dark and terrible, but with him, there is nothing we can’t achieve, no mountain we can’t climb, no battle we can’t win, no challenge without a great and brilliant hope. He makes our lives beautiful and meaningful. He deserves all the glory and although none of our courses are specifically religious, we want to be intentional to thank Him for all He is and does for us.
