Participants may bring specific gear that they wish to utilize, however, provisions and equipment are on site and will be issued upon arrival.

Much of the food supplied is home grown in the massive gardens and greenhouses. You'll find buffalos grazing in the field, besides ducks, geese, turkeys and chickens. Health consciousness combined with all-natural and grown-on-site organic produce makes for incredible cuisine. You'll find only the most natural farming methods and practices.

Family-style meals are provided on location drawing from the plentiful stores of locally grown bison, various farm animals and large gardens and green houses. Year-round fresh food is a mainstay, completely free of any unnatural additives.

All meals throughout the adventure are provided on location. They may include BBQ buffalo ribs from the home grown hormone / preservative-free, grass-fed on-site buffalo.
